Reigning over the scenic mountainous coastline of Megalohori Caldera, Nafsika Estate’s enchanting seclusion, captivating views and evocative ambiance encapsulate the incandescent beauty of Santorini. Nafsika Estate offers awe-inspiring views to the crystalline blue waters of the Aegean Sea and Santorini’s majestic volcano from its prime location in the Megalohori caldera, just 4 km from Santorini’s port and 7 km from the airport. Featuring its own private helipad, the estate can also be accessed by helicopter. A 350 sq.m. grand state with five bedrooms spread in two levels, connected by both indoor and outdoor stairs, Nafsika Estate sleeps 10 people and comes complete with staff, including an executive chef and butler.
The main living and dining areas are located on the upper floor, with large windows facing the pool and the breathtaking caldera views. Adjacent to the dining area, a kitchen for guests’ use is available, featuring all necessary appliances and provisions to prepare light snacks, coffee, juices and more. A second living area is located on the ground floor.
A spacious master bedroom is located on the upper level featuring en-suite bathroom with rain shower, walking wardrobe, study area and large windows overlooking the caldera. Three more double bedrooms are on ground level, also with en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and windows facing the pool and the expansive terrace towards the caldera and the volcano. A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on ground level facing the back patio.
The ample outdoor space features a large pool for lively swims or utmost relaxation on the poolside sun loungers. Outdoor barbecue facilities are available for sumptuous meat or fish barbecues, prepared by the Estate’s executive chef. Depending on the occasion and the guests’ desires, the outdoor space can be used for romantic dinners, family gatherings, parties with friends or even wedding ceremonies and receptions, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the magnificent Santorini scenery.
